I’ve been photographing weddings for a while and I will never take for granted the couples that trust me enough to let me travel with them for a destination wedding! Especially a place as beautiful as Charleston, South Carolina! One of my favorite east coast towns. I met Jeremy and Hayley about 5 years ago when I photographed Jeremy’s brothers wedding. I loved reuniting with this family!
Jeremy and Hayley were married at the gorgeous Dunes West and we had a blast photographing their wedding. Although COVID changed a few plans, including their original date, we were so lucky to be able to come up with a mutual reschedule date that worked for us both so I was still able to travel with them! 2020 has thrown a lot of obstacles into the already complicated wedding planning process. Hayley handled it like a champ and was still able to pull off the weddings of her dreams.
Dunes West was picture perfect at every angle. I especially loved that their ceremony was under the Spanish moss, Charleston has become known for. Jeremy and Hayley danced the night away with their guests (and even wore their masks!)
